Nicola Boyle, Managing Partner

Nicola Boyle has been instrumental in developing the firm’s practice in London, having joined Hausfeld shortly after its launch in 2009.  She is consistently listed in Chambers UK, Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal as a leader in her field. 

Nicola’s expertise lies in large-scale claims on behalf of affected consumers and businesses.  Nicola advises on complex, often multi-jurisdictional disputes, involving causes of action in competition, commercial and consumer law. 

Jonothan Broadbent, Counsel

Jonothan has considerable experience in both competition and commercial disputes and extensive trial experience having gone through multiple full trials in the High Court. He demonstrates litigation expertise, working on cases ranging from smaller claims in the County Courts to multi-billion-pound cases in the High Court.

Shahrina Quader, Senior Associate

Shahrina joined Hausfeld in August 2023 with extensive experience in competition and consumer law litigation / investigations from working in the enforcement team at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, and the Litigation Unit at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

Lisa Mildt, Associate

Lisa joined Hausfeld as a paralegal, trained at the firm and was promoted to Associate in March 2024. She has assisted on different high-profile commercial and competition litigation cases within the firm and has been an integral part preparing the team during all stages of litigation, including drafting witness statements, bundle preparation and conducting legal research.
