Complaints Policy

We are committed to providing a high quality of legal service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know immediately so that we can try to resolve any complaints at the earliest opportunity. Legal Ombudsman

If we are unable to resolve the complaint, you may wish to refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman, who will look at your complaint independently. Before accepting a complaint for investigation, the Legal Ombudsman will check that you have tried to resolve your complaint first. 

You must take your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman:

Within six months of receiving a final response from us to your complaint; and

No more than 6 years from the act/omission to which your complaint relates; or

No more than 3 years from when you should reasonably have known there was cause for complaint
