Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013: If you are contracting with us as a consumer, you will have a 14 day period to cancel the engagement. In order to exercise this right, please contact us in writing by sending an email to mercedesemissionsclaim@hausfeld.com

Agreement to the documents at this stage does not necessarily mean that you will be able to claim. The submitted information will be assessed and you will be informed if you are unable to proceed with the claim.
